Our exciting future

We are delighted to announce that with our investment partners, Rockpool, we have funded the acquisition of Acorn Maintenance Group. This includes Acorn Engineering, Marsh and Acorn Integrated Systems. This is a most exciting opportunity to develop and grow these two exceptional businesses together. With a team in excess of 300 first class people this will make the combined Group business a significant service provider in the marketplace .

This represents the next step on our journey, providing us with the scale to sustain our success for the long term, setting us up to continue to attract and retain the very best engineering talent to deliver the high quality service expected of us. This will provide us with the platform to invest further in each of our regions, to the benefit of our clients our people and the wider local community.

Both businesses share a similar history, high ethical values and are recognised as being a first class service provider within our industry. With our combined skills sets and many years of experience we believe that the new business will offer our clients more self-delivered services including water hygiene and BMS works.

With a very limited shared client base and regional crossover we truly believe this is a great strategic fit to grow the businesses and further enhance our reputations.

We do not envisage any immediate changes to the current operation of either company and it will be very much business as usual.
